 A warm welcome to Gordons on Sea

1.Gordons on Sea is a private residence in a residential area.

  1. The Owners of Gordons on Sea believe in good faith that accommodation chosen by yourself is to your liking.
  1. Guests must be able to climb stairs, as the Home is on three floors.
  1. Due to the nature of the building and being on the slopes of the Mountain,

    Regret: No babies or children under 13 years of age allowed.

    Regret: No pets allowed.

  1. Under NO circumstances can the number of people stipulated in the booking be increased.

Accommodation strictly for paid up residents and NO visitors.

The accommodation allows for NO extra beds or Guests with own camping beds.

NB:  If the above is not adhered to, you will be turned away and all monies paid will be forfeited.

  1. Reservation Confirmation will be issued only on:
  2. a) Receipt of Deposit.
  3. b) Signed and Returned Confirmation of Reservation.
  4. c) Guest’s acceptance of reservation will confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions viewed on our website: gordonsonsea.co.za (Printable).
  5. d) Our Terms and Conditions can also be viewed on Notice Board at reception – Main entrance.
  1. No keys will be issued until balance of payment has been made.
  1. If point 6 and 7 are not adhered to, Management or the Owner of Gordons on Sea, reserve the right to Re-Let the establishment, and the client will forfeit any deposit paid.
  1. Any date changes will not be accepted, unless confirmed by management or owners of Gordons on Sea.
  1. Gordons on Sea is a non-smoking Residence. Smoking outside only. Cigarette butts to be disposed of in ashtray on balcony/terrace. Any evidence of smoking in the units, the units will result in being professionally cleaned at Guests expense.                                                                                                                                                      
  2. Unfortunately, no candles allowed.
  1. No wood or charcoal fires allowed. (Webber gas braai & gas supplied).
  1. The Management, Owners of Gordons on Sea, and neighbors believe in good faith that Guests of Gordons on Sea, will have good behavior and respect for all other parties concerned.

Any bad behavior will NOT be tolerated or accepted by Management or Owner.

No loud music, parties, functions, moving of furniture, fixtures and fittings, (in or out of units, to other units).

  1. Contact your Hosts as soon as possible to make necessary arrangements to collect keys/ discuss time of arrival/ directions and anything more you wish to know about the accommodation.
  1. We offer one Bed linen change on the 8th day. Towel change on every 4th day. Room swept and vacuum on every 4thday. (No Charge).
  1. Swimming towels not provided. Guests will need to please provide their own.
  1. Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle only per Booked Unit. (Off Street).
  1. SABS safe keys will be provided on request when arriving.

Please Note: You are responsible for the key. If you lose the key during the stay, you will be held accountable for the removal and replacement of said safe and key.

  1. Please note there is No Satellite TV. Bring own TV Stick/ Dongle. Fiber Available.
  1. Strict cancellation policy: 50% refund up to 1 month before arrival. More than 2 weeks 25% refunded. Less than 2 weeks 0% deposit refunded.
  1. Management or Owners of Gordons on Sea reserve the right to enter the Guests accommodation at any time as it may seem fit to do so. Should the manager or the Owner in his or her own discretion feel that the home and facilities are being abused by the Guests, then they reserve their rights to notify their Guests to immediately terminate their stay and vacate their property.

The Guest will forfeit any claim of refund of any monies paid or compensation what-so-ever.

 ALL PERSONS ENTER AND DWELL IN THE PREMISES OF             

GORDON’S ON SEA GUEST HOUSE

 38/40 PROTEA DRIVE, GORDONS BAY, AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Gordons on Sea, and/or each and any of its respective subsidiary and associated companies, and their respective members, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, agents, workmen or representatives (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as the “Company”) do not accept any responsibility for any injury to any person, or loss of or damage to property, regardless whether such injury, loss or damage results from the negligence of the “Company” or from any other cause whatsoever, or losses of money already paid over to the “Company”.

Any persons accompanying or in control of a Minor or a Person with Limited Capacity, Indemnify (where more than one Person, Jointly and Severally) the “Company” against any claim by such Minor or Person arising from or in connection with his/her presence on the premises, including specifically without being limited thereto, any claims in respect of injury, loss or damage, as aforementioned, and arising from any cause referred to above.

Gordons on Sea is under video Surveillance, and is Contracted to Gordons Bay Armed Response
